The circular use of materials already in use as stocks may provide an opportunity to reduce these impacts. We provide a dataset describing the potential global urban mine consisting of transportation infrastructure in an open database based on geospatial data from OpenStreetMaps. We reveal the significant opportunities of the embedded materials in this huge stock. With this Total Resources in Physical Infrastructure, or TRIPI, the database we provide easy access to a global dataset covering 175 countries and sub-regions, allowing researchers to select an area of study, and find the location as well as the material composition of the physical infrastructure. Material stocks are reported on a national level and commonly used regional aggregations. Material stocks are reported per kg, kg per capita, and kg per area; and for the physical type of infrastructure that is available in kilometres and area (km2). This dataset can be used in various research applications such as Material Flow Analysis, Material stock inventories, Country-level comparisons of infrastructure density, and others, and inform policy on harnessing the opportunities of the urban mine. Show moreThe data described was acquired as part of a clinical study with the aim to investigate the potential of tumor-reactive T-cell response as response to vaccination of pancreatic can-cer patients with an allogenic tumor cell lysate vaccine (Lau et al., 2022). Proteomics analysis was carried out to iden-tify tumor antigens that are shared between the allogeneic tumor cell lysate used for the vaccine and pancreatic duc-tal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) tissue samples. To this objective, cell lysates of the vaccine and of nine tissue samples were enzymatically digested and isotopically labeled with tandem mass tags (TMT) in a so-called six-plex manner (Thermo Fisher Scientific). Three pools were prepared by mixing the samples according to their TMT-labels. Subsequently, the three sample pools were fractionated into 24 fractions with high-pH reversed phase chromatography. These frac-tions were first analyzed on a nano-liquid chromatog-raphy (LC) system online coupled to a high-resolution Eclipse Orbitrap mass spectrometer (MS) equipped with a high-field asymmetric-waveform ion-mobility spectrome-try (FAIMS) source using a data-dependent MS2 shotgun method. Overall, 126,618 unique peptide sequences, on ba-sis of 768,638 peptide spectra matches and corresponding to 7,597 protein groups, were identified in the total sam-ple set including 61 tumor antigens (Supplement Table S2 in Lau et al. 2022) that were prioritized by Cheever and co-workers as vaccine target antigens on basis of a series of objective criteria (Cheever et al., 2009). In the second phase of the experiment, this set of tumor antigens was tar-geted using a serial precursor selection (SPS) MS3 method. From this data, ion trap MS2 and Orbitrap MS3 fragment spectra were extracted for peptide identification (protein se-quence database-dependent search) and relative quantifica-tion using the TMT labels, respectively. Data were collected during home visits using the Maltreatment Q-Sort (MQS). A total of 466 mothers from nine different countries gave their opinion about child maltreatment by sorting 90 cards with parenting behaviors taken from the literature that reflect four types of child maltreatment, into 9 evenly distributed stacks (with 10 cards each) from least to most harmful for the child. This data article provides an overview of the content of the 90 items, which type of maltreatment they reflect, and the source of the items. The percentage of mothers labelling each of the MQS items as maltreatment is also presented. In addition, instructions are included about the administration of the MQS as well as data-entry and analyses of Q-sort data, accompanied by example datasets and syntaxes. This dataset illustrates the in vitro paracrine effect exerted by the human amniotic fluid stem cell secretome on rodent neonatal cardiomyocytes, human endothelial progenitors and different subsets of cardiac progenitor cells. Cytokine/chemokine profiling of the human amniotic fluid stem cell secretome is provided as well. This data can provide useful insights in regenerative medicine as demonstrating the in vitro cardioprotective and proliferative secretory paracrine potential of human fetal stem cells. To elucidate the role of the maternal transcriptome we recently reported a microarray study on individual zebrafish eggs from five different clutches from sibling mothers and showed differences in maternal RNA abundance between and within clutches, "Mother-specific signature in the maternal transcriptome composition of mature, unfertilized Eggs" [1]. Here we provide in detail the applied preprocessing method as well as the R-code to identify expressed and non-expressed genes in the associated transcriptome dataset. Additionally, we provide a website that allows a researcher to search for the expression of their gene of interest in this experiment. Show less
