Show moreيتعلق هذا المقال بالعدالة الانتقالية في ليبيا. وهو يُظهر أنه على الرغم من جدّة مفهومها هناك – وإن قصر البعض الجدّة على المصطلح- فإن البلاد قد شهدت زخمًا كبيرًا في سن تشريعات عدل-انتقالية، ولكن هذا الزخم لم يقترن بزخم في التطبيق، بالإضافة إلى قصور شاب هذا التشريع، وربما كان هو سبب غياب الزخم عن التطبيق. وفي فترات لاحقة، لقيت العدالة الانتقالية، مفهومًا وتشريعًا، تشكيكًا في جدواها ومكنة تطبيقها، وظهرت دعوات لاستبعادها، كلًا أو جزءًا، دائمًا أو مؤقتًا؛ تحقيقًا للمصالحة الوطنية. وقد كان للسياق السياسي مذ 2011 أثر كبير في ظهور هذه الدعوات وتطورها، كما كان له أيضًا أثره فيما قُّدِمَ من استجابات. ويجادل المقال بأن علاقة العدالة الانتقالية بالمصالحة الوطنية ليست متنافية، أي أنه لا يلزم من الأخذ بإحداها نفي الأخرى، بل العكس؛ أي أنه يلزم لتحقيق مصالحة وطنية مستدامة الأخذ بالعدالة الانتقالية. ويجادل أيضًا بأنه، على الرغم من جسامة التحديات، ما زالت هناك فرص لتحقيق العدالة الانتقالية.English version: https://hdl.handle.net/1887/3512148 Show less

Show moreAls er iets is dat organisaties uit balans heeft gebracht, dan is het wel de coronacrisis. Sommige veranderingen hopen we na de crisis zo snel mogelijk te beëindigen, andere blijken een verbetering. De verschillen voor organisaties, leidinggevenden en werknemers zijn bovendien enorm. De ene organisatie moest tijdens COVID-19 geheel sluiten, de andere kon nog openblijven in aangepaste vorm of zag zelfs de omzet toenemen. We zullen ons moeten blijven aanpassen. Coronamaatregelen veranderen nog steeds en het voor velen verplichte en voortdurende thuiswerken bevalt niet iedereen. Tegelijkertijd is de kans dat we helemaal teruggaan naar de situatie voor de coronacrisis klein. Vaker thuiswerken, digitaal samenwerken en meer je eigen tijd indelen blijven vermoedelijk ook in de toekomst een belangrijke rol spelen. Dit biedt kansen. Vrijwel niemand wil terug naar de 9-tot-5-kantoorbaan en ‘s ochtend en ’s avonds in de file staan. Juist in een crisissituatie is het makkelijker om verouderde en niet-werkende aanpakken los te laten en nieuwe, positieve ontwikkelingen versneld door te voeren. Grijp daarom juist deze periode aan voor positieve verandering. In deze paper vind je handvatten voor leidinggevenden gebaseerd op wetenschappelijke kennis en ervaringen uit de praktijk. We stippen vijf belangrijke thema’s aan waar leidinggevenden mee te maken hebben: Contact houden, Waarderen, Mensgericht leidinggeven, Gezond werken en Investeren in ontwikkeling. Binnen elk thema spelen tegengestelde belangen. Het is aan de leidinggevende om hierin een balans te vinden. Show less

Show moreWe introduce MSO graph storage types, and call a storage type MSO- expressible if it is isomorphic to some MSO graph storage type. An MSO graph storage type has MSO-definable sets of graphs as storage configurations and as storage transformations. We consider sequential automata with MSO graph storage and associate with each such automaton a string language (in the usual way) and a graph language; a graph is accepted by the automaton if it represents a correct sequence of storage configurations for a given input string. For each MSO graph storage type, we define an MSO logic which is a subset of the usual MSO logic on graphs. We prove a Büchi-Elgot-Trakhtenbrot theorem, both for the string case and the graph case. Moreover, we prove that (i) each MSO graph transduction can be used as storage transformation in an MSO graph storage type, (ii) every automatic storage type is MSO-expressible, and (iii) the pushdown operator on storage types preserves the property of MSO-expressibility. Thus, the iterated pushdown storage types are MSO-expressible. Show less
