Bishop Abraham of Hermonthis: new observations on his historical context, chronology and social networks

This contribution presents the preliminary results of the author's PhD research, with a focus on Bishop Abraham of Hermonthis (ca. 590-621). Previously, it was assumed that the bishop died between ca. 610 and 620, but the author argues that he passed away in 621.
