Deciphering diffuse large B-cell lymphoma: Molecular insights from a varied spectrum of subtypes

Abstract

Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is a cancerous disease originating from the immune system. As such, this disease is capable of manifesting in different organs. This thesis focuses on the mutational and gene-expression profile of lymphomas in the following organs: Bones, skin, and testis. And aims to correlate the molecular findings to clinical data.
