Abstract

It has been 25 years since the first issue of JCM was published. To mark this significant milestone, we are proud to present the 25th Anniversary Curated Collection, featuring 25 insightful articles selected by the editorial team. The curated collection honours the journal's original mission and evolving aims, and reflects on its ongoing journey and future potential.

The 25th anniversary Curated Collection brings together articles across five topics that have been central to JCM:

1. Change management - Organizational change and its challenges 2. Leadership 3. Change readiness and employee engagement 4. Navigating transformation 5. Identity and change The curated collection was developed in collaboration between Taylor & Francis and the JCM editorial team. It was guided by key metrics based on the most frequently used topic areas such as usage trends and topical relevance.
