Abstract

In this thesis we investigated donor-derived T-cell immune response characteristics and the interaction of these T cells with patient target tissues using clinical patient data, ex vivo skin biopsies and in vitro models. Our goal was to get more insight in the factors that play a role in the safety of administration of DLI within the first 6 months after alloSCT to skew the donor-derived immune response toward GvL.
