Preventing disputes: preventive logic, law & technology
The research highlights the Bow-Tie Method for visualising legal risk and enhancing end user trustworthiness. Additionally, the thesis explores preventive legal arguments and how they will influence the shift from reactive to proactive legal strategies. The findings show that automating dispute prevention is achievable, particularly
for simpler legal cases, with the potential to scale as data and technology evolve.
