Antibody-mediated delivery of viral epitopes to redirect virus-specific CD8+T cells to cancer cells

Abstract

Therapeutic antibody-epitope conjugates (AECs) are promising new therapeutic modalities to deliver virus-specific T-cell epitopes to cancer cells, and thereby redirecting virus-specific T cells to attack tumor cells. The research described in this thesis aimed to develop, optimize, and discover the therapeutic potential of AECs, and to evaluate whether the concept could be broadened.
