Abstract

Het Nederlandse beleid inzake het Israëlisch-Palestijnse conflict roept belangrijke vragen op over zowel internationaal recht als onze constitutionele beginselen. Samen met Otto Spijkers reflecteer ik bij Nederland Rechtsstaat op deze vragen.
