Abstract

Osteomyelitis is uncommon in children and the diagnosis is often delayed due to nonspecific symptoms. However, early diagnosis and treatment is necessary to prevent complications from occurring. We herein describe the case of a 13-year-old boy with a delayed diagnosis of osteomyelitis of his distal radius.
