This thesis examines questions related to the prevalence of anxiety symptomatology and disorders in older adults, and compares two brief low-threshold psychological interventions (blended Acceptance and Commitment Therapy versus face-to-face Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) for older adults with anxiety symptoms in primary care.
