Abstract

Objectives: Deficiency of secreted IgM antibodies (sIgM-/-) in Ldlr-/- mice

results in accelerated atherosclerosis. However, the underlying mechanisms

have not been elucidated.We aim to identify mechanisms by which secreted IgM deficiency results in increased lesion formation.
